Meet Tia Lambert

Tia Lambert is the founder of Impact, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping Christ-centered entrepreneurs to build businesses that truly make a difference.

As a woman of faith and an entrepreneur herself, Tia knows what it feels like to have a God-given vision but not always know where to start. Her own journey—marked by hard work, setbacks, prayer, and perseverance—inspired her to create a space where others could find the support she once needed: practical business guidance, a faith-based community, and real stories of success to learn from.

Tia's heart is to help everyday people step confidently into entrepreneurship, not just to make a profit, but to live out their purpose, provide for their families, and create opportunities for others.

Through Impact, she brings together business training, mentorship, and a supportive faith-based community to empower entrepreneurs to launch and grow sustainable, high-impact businesses. Whether she's hosting workshops, coaching one-on-one, or simply showing up to listen and encourage, Tia's goal is the same: to see entrepreneurs walk boldly in their calling, honor God with their work, and leave a lasting impact in their communities.
